Crepstick was born in early 2020, when Chef Diogo Cunha and Jeny Petit decided to bring to South Florida a Brazilian gastronomic tradition known as Swiss Crepe.Diogo, a native of the brazilian city of Porto Alegre – Rio Grande do Sul, remembered the Swiss crepe as a favorite dish from his childhood, evoking feelings and emotions in every flavorful bite. The couple worked behind closed doors testing combinations, recipes, and improving processes, to achieve the unique Crepstick formulaCrepstick’s secret is a delicious dough filled with different sweet or savory ingredients, perfectly adapted to the diverse palates of Miami.Crepstick is a new way to eat crepes. «Crepe on a stick».
